This class teaches the basics of Yoga Postures with include stretches and strengtheners for a healthy body and mind, but also offers options to extend your practice to more advanced versions of stretches and poses making it a class for all levels willing to listen to the cues of their own body.
The class ends with Savasana, the relaxation pose to induce the relaxation response where the heart rate, breathing rate and blood pressure lower and the immune system strengthens.
