If you have some physical, emotional and/or spiritual issues you’d like to address, facilitate change in a particular area in your life or would simply desire a more private setting, consider scheduling a private session. In a private session, we will utilize a variety of tools and techniques to specifically address your individual needs. These techniques may include Yoga, Individualized Meditations, Reiki, Pranayama or breath work, sound healing and intuitive reading or coaching.
(Peaceful Mind / Joyful Heart)
Peaceful Mind/Joyful Heart is a comprehensive 8-week course into the art of mindfulness, modeled on the work of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the UMass Medical Center. It will include the most effective parts of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course as well as the newest research in Positive Psychology and Energy work.
This comprehensive program teaches healthful practices in a convenient setting geared to help employees reduce stress and tension. Offering mind-body techniques such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness and fitness helps to increase productivity, concentration, decision-making ability, creativity and overall job satisfaction.
The Intention of the Women’s Circle is to create a safe and comfortable space for women to come together in a supportive way to restore balance, gain clarity, renew and be revitalized through discussion, journaling and meditation. The Circle Work will help participants access their own inner wisdom and guidance. All are welcome. Dress comfortably and please bring a journal and writing utensil.
