This class will offer an hour of Asana, which is the Yoga poses to strengthen and stretch the body, as well as 30 minutes of Savasana and discussion much like our women's circle.

Thursdays at 11:00 – 11:45
Gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair. Chair yoga deepens flexibility & strengthens personal body awareness.
COST:
(Suggested Donation of $3.00 for library events)
Friday mornings at 8:00 am.
This class will have instruction for beginners as well as offer extensions for advanced practitioners. The foundations of poses will be a focus with an emphasis on proper alignment. You will be encouraged to go to your edge while maintaining the utmost respect for the body's cues and messages.
