Join me this winter for a transformative 3-month Meditation Teacher Training designed to help you embody the teachings, deepen your personal practice, and gain the skills and confidence to lead others with clarity and presence.

Intro to Meditation Teacher Training on Friday, Jan. 2nd
Trainings begin Tuesday evenings starting Januay 6th.
They will be every Tuesday evening from 7:00 - 8:00 pm from January 6th to February 17th. The last 2 sessions will be March 3rd and 17th. The Graduation event will be on Tuesday March 31st.
We will skip a couple of Tuesdays to allow extra time to practice. All Zoom sessions will be recorded for your convenience and lifelong reference.
Special Bonus: Daily Meditation on Zoom just for participants in the program. Mondays to Fridays from 7:00 - 7:20am starting January 7th and going until the end of March. This is optional for people to join and they can just participate a couple of days a week if preferred. The support for their own meditation practice is provided.
This investment includes all 9 live sessions, recordings, study materials, the in-person gathering, and continued access to the teachings. A 3-payment plan of $400 per month is also available.

Each week explores a different style of meditation, giving you the tools and techniques to build confidence as both a practitioner and teacher.
WEEK 1 – Why Meditate?
The science and soul behind meditation’s physical, emotional, and mental benefits. Relaxing the body is the essential first step in meditation, yet most of us don’t realize how much tension we hold—tight shoulders, clenched jaws, shallow breathing. This hidden stress keeps the nervous system on alert and makes it hard to find stillness. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques to release tension, calm the body, and create the relaxed foundation needed for meditation to unfold naturally.
WEEK 2 – Body Scans and Yoga Nidra
A wide variety of Body Scans.
WEEK 3 – Breath & Meditation
Integrating Pranayama to regulate and move into stillness. Unique ways of using the breath and how to combine it with other techniques. The breath is the sacred bridge where the body and mind meet and the veil to other realms grows thin.
WEEK 4 – Moving to Optimal States of Consciousness in Meditation
Techniques to shift into alpha and theta brainwave states: Neurodynamic Breathwork, Yoga Nidra & more. Neurodynamic Breathwork is a science based breathwork modality that uses controlled hyper-oxygenation to induce altered brainwave patterns, facilitates emotional processing, emotional release and self regulation. Hypnotherapy is a gentle method of reaching the subconscious mind to release old patterns, gain awareness that is typically hidden from us, and to activate healing from within.
WEEK 5 – Nada Yoga
Meditation through sound: Mantra, Bija Sounds, toning, Omming, healing instruments & sacred song.
WEEK 6 – Guided Visualizations
Harnessing the power of imagery to create inner transformation including Shamanic Journeying.
WEEK 7 – Insight Practices
Vipassana, Koans, and meditating on inquiry and awareness using personal stories, allegories, parables and zen stories to teach a lesson or understand a truth.
WEEK 8 – Energetic Awareness
Feeling and guiding energy in meditation, with chakra-based practices and clearing techniques. Become your own energy healer. Meditation IS energy work. An inner alchemy happens during meditation. Not only does the nervous system settle and the heart rythms begin to entrain the body into coherence, but dense emotional and energetic patterns begin to dissolve, allowing life force energy to flow more freely. Meditation recalibrates our vibration from construction and chaos into resonance, clarity and flow.
