Bani Aello is a certified Yoga teacher with over 25 years experience in body work, completing her yoga teacher training in 2012 through Open Sky Yoga, which is an Iyengar-style training. Since then, she has been teaching weekly yoga and meditation classes, helping people successfully reduce stress and anxiety from their daily loves.

This class is designed to help you move with strength, ease, and confidence by focusing on safe and supportive alignment. Through mindful sequencing, we work on strengthening the muscles that protect and stabilize the joints, supporting the health of the back, and improving overall mobility and flexibility.With a foundation in anatomy and over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, I bring a thoughtful and knowledgeable approach to each class. My additional specialized training in back care, shoulders, hips, and feet allows me to guide students with care, offering modifications and techniques to support your unique body.
Whether you’re looking to build resilience, release tension, or simply move in ways that feel good and sustainable, Healthy Alignment Yoga offers a practice that nourishes both body and mind.
Wednesday Mornings
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
(Women only)
This class blends movement with mindfulness, creating space for building strength as well as connection. We focus on safe alignment, strengthening the muscles that support the joints and back, and increasing mobility.
Class ends with an extended savasana, where you will be guided into a deep peaceful state. During this time you will learn skills to release stress. We will also foster a sense of connection with one another, creating a supportive community of women moving and growing together.
Friday mornings at 8:00 am.
This class will have instruction for beginners as well as offer extensions for advanced practitioners. The foundations of poses will be a focus with an emphasis on proper alignment. You will be encouraged to go to your edge while maintaining the utmost respect for the body's cues and messages.
Saturday mornings from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
