Reiki is a gentle yet powerful practice that channels "Life Force Energy" through the practitioner’s hands into your body, clearing blocks and revitalizing your energy system. It helps:
- Remove stagnant energy
- Activate the body’s natural healing processes
- Restore emotional and physical well-being
What is Reiki?
In Japanese:
- Rei = Higher Intelligence or Universal Wisdom
- Ki = Life Force Energy (also known as Qi or Chi)
Together, Reiki means "spiritually guided life-force energy."
Your Private Session may use a combination of these techniques as well as Sound Healing. We may record parts of the session for your own future use.
