Quad Stretch

There are four quadriceps muscles located in the front of your thigh. This muscle group’s main purpose it to extend the leg or strengthen the knee. Many movements such as biking and running and even normal daily activities can cause the quadricep muscles to tighten. Quite often, tightness in your quads can cause various conditions and injuries including problems with your lumbar spine. 

These simple techniques will show you how to stretch and lengthen the quads for better movement and preservation of the muscles.
